1. Develop business and brands and increase market share by building strong business relations with all concerned, and through strategized business plans and sales activities.
2. Manage different sales channels, maximise sales volume and gross profit.
3. Set, monitor and follow up sales targets by brand/client/quantity for team members.
4. Respond to enquiries and tenders, meet with clients and follow up sales with regular field visits.
5. Arrange demos / training for clients for new and existing products
6. Meet with suppliers for the establishment, growth and development of new and existing brands and products.
7. Coordinate with the Purchasing team for placing orders and monitoring imports, and logistics for ensuring on-time deliveries.
8. Monitoring stock and sales forecast to ensure steady sales and avoid out-of- stock situations.
9. Identify training needs of team members and coordinate with HR as and when required.
10. Send reports / hold meetings with CEO to discuss sales figures and innovative plans for future growth.
