Documentation for lost sales and he makes sure to submit the list to the Manager and parts administrator.
Updates the display of accessories and showcases for lifestyle to attract customers at all times.
Provides the Service Advisors with accurate price quotation and inform immediately.
Informs the Parts Manager about the competition and any customer feedback.
Filling of WIP for special orders and follow-up the pending order and received parts to Service Advisors and customers.
Coordinates with technician to expedite vehicle repairs, and the Service Advisors to provide add-on parts as requested.
Promotion and advise accessories.
Prepares weekly report for reserved items under respective WIPS.
Perform other task directed by the department manager.
